Your driver guide will then transfer you to the park headquarters for a briefing about the dos and don’ts during gorilla trekking. Thereafter, you’ll be assigned a park ranger and then start the trek. You will meet several bird and primates species along the way; take their pictures and enjoy the scenery. On finding the gorillas, you will be allowed a full hour in their presence. Use this time to notice every behavior, watch how they go about their day-to-day activities, and ask many questions. Return later to your lodge for late lunch. You will be entertained by the cultural dances from the local community at the comfort of your lodge and thereafter transfer to Kigali, from where you will spend the night.
